A new year brought a new venue for our first wedding of 2016! In the unseasonably warm weather before this nice little snowstorm we’re now getting, we joined Emily and Ben for their Mile High Station wedding as they exchanged vows in front of their friends and family.
When not being used as an event venue, Mile High Station is a great place to catch a Broncos game. But that doesn’t mean that it’s not also a breathtaking ceremony location. Formerly an ironworks building, much of the original architecture from the late 1800s has been restored in combination with two amazing chandelier centerpieces.
We took advantage of the 60-degree January day and took photos of Emily and Ben in a nearby park (plus a quick stadium shot to commemorate the Broncos’ trip to Super Bowl 50). Later in the evening, we returned to the park to get an exquisite photo with the Denver skyline all lit up.
Special thanks to Little Details for the impeccable coordination, Occasions Catering for the delicious mac and cheese bar, and Elite DJ for the great tunes!
